What this website collects

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Fonts and images, including the images of our LinkedIn posts, are served from this website's own server, so visiting a page does not send data to font providers or to LinkedIn.

Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by [name and address of the hosting provider]. When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically processes technical data that your browser sends, such as your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested and your browser type. This is necessary to deliver the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). [How long the hosting provider keeps these log files; whether data is transferred outside the EU and on which basis.]

Contacting us

If you contact us by email or phone, we process the details you provide, such as your name, email address and message, to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your request relates to a contract or pre-contractual steps, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR otherwise; our legitimate interest is responding to enquiries. We delete your data when it is no longer needed for this purpose, unless statutory retention periods apply.

Links to LinkedIn and Calendly

Our website links to our LinkedIn page and to our appointment booking page on Calendly. These are plain links: no data is sent to these services until you click them. Once you are on their sites, LinkedIn (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company) or Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA) process your data under their own privacy policies. If you book a meeting via Calendly, we receive the details you enter there and use them to prepare and hold the meeting (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR), to have it rectified (Art. 16) or erased (Art. 17), to restrict its processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). To exercise these rights, write to info@arcfinity.de.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg (Landesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg).
